Let’s look at what being a caregiver means to you and discover ways to be better prepared for what’s to come. Together we can examine your beliefs about caregiving and sort through the myriad of new emotions and questions that arise.
Are you concerned about remaining in control of your own life and motivated to implement good practices for self-care strategies?
Are you determined to do your best to stay ahead of things?
I will support you as you move through this stage of discovery, exploration, planning, and challenges.
As a result of this 3 month commitment, in addition to exploring beliefs and emotions, we will have created a Coping Strategies System that you will be able keep, refer back to and continue developing. You will have started setting healthy boundaries, implemented positive life changes, know where to find resources and help ahead of time, made some decisions about the future, and understand and value the importance of “you”.
